Harbourside Corporate Finance has appointed Alex Mitchell as their new Corporate Finance Director.
Based in Bristol, the boutique firm specialises in advising and supporting business owners across the South West and further afield, through critical step changes like acquisitions, mergers and business sales.
Fellow Director, Olly Pullin says: “We’re delighted to welcome Alex, who brings with him a great deal of experience working with everything from listed companies to owner managed businesses.”
Alex previously worked with firms in a range of sectors, including a number of technology and software businesses.
Olly adds: “Alex is focused on getting optimal outcomes for our clients all while limiting the amount of disruption they experience as they take their businesses to the next stage.”
Alex brings a wealth of experience from advisory roles and in industry and joins both Olly and Hollie Edwards-Davies as the newest addition to the team.
Alex commented: “I have worked in corporate finance for the last decade, advising listed companies, private equity holdings and owner managed businesses on strategic options and M&A. My career has taken me through high-profile FTSE listed software companies and boutique advisories.”
Everyone at Harbourside, especially his fellow Directors, are very optimistic about the specialisms that Alex brings to the team.
