Hollie Edwards-Davies brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Corporate Finance Director at Harbourside Corporate Finance, having joined the team in 2024.

With an impressive educational background, Hollie holds an LLB (Hons), BSc (Hons), and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), alongside being an accredited expert witness with Bond Solon, The Academy of Experts, and the Expert Witness Institute.

She enjoys understanding the intricacies of business value and providing tailored, high-quality advice. Her career began in 2000, working with high growth SMEs, and over the years, she has honed her skills in forensic accounting and corporate finance, working in practice since 2015.

Hollie’s expertise includes business valuations, transaction advisory, and financial investigations, with extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors.

She has also held finance and management roles in government and served on a local authority’s Standards and Ethics Committee for eight years.
